Yesterday Decree 1165 of 2019 was issued by means of which the customs regime was modified, in development of Law 1609 of 2013.

The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit issues decree “By which provisions are issued regarding the customs regime in development of Law 1609 of 2013”.

 

Through Law 1609 of 2013, the Congress of the Republic, taking into account its social responsibility and seeking to maintain national legal stability, issued general rules to which the Government must submit to modify tariffs, tariffs and other provisions concerning the Customs Regime.

For the above reasons, in order to provide security, stability, legal certainty and facilitate the logistics of foreign trade operations, provisions are now issued in development of the Customs Framework Law 1609 of 2013.
