Oscar is an accounting advisor and tax consultant, a senior associate at Espíndola International Consultants for more than 15 years, a member of the accounting and tax area, with more than 25 years of experience in advisory, consulting and teaching.

Oscar is a certified public accountant from the Universidad del Valle and a Specialist in Tax Management from the Universidad Santiago de Cali.

Before joining our team, Oscar headed the Tax Department at Incauca S.A., Icollantas S.A. and Meléndez S.A.

Oscar is founder, consultant and speaker at Moreno & Villamarín Consultores SAS. Associated with CETA, Center for Tax Studies of Antioquia, and member of ICDT, Colombian Institute of Tax Law,
Professor of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali in undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education. He also works as a professor in undergraduate, graduate and continuing education at the Universidad del Valle. In addition, he is a professor in the Specialization in Tax Management and Auditing at the Universidad Libre-Cali; Professor in Specialization in International Financial Accounting at the Universidad Libre – Pereira. Professor in undergraduate, continuing education and Master of Laws at ICESI University. He was coordinator of the College of CECFI – Center for International Accounting and Finance Studies, attached to the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali; speaker tax issues Acopi-Cauca.
