Martha is a lawyer and partner as of January 1, 2023, and has been an associate at Espíndola International Consultants since 2020, with more than 20 years of experience in consulting and external advice in the areas of Individual and Collective Labor Law, Social Security and Human Resources, with organizations from various sectors such as specialized Service Companies, Agribusiness, Importers, Distributors, Manufactures and others.

Martha graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana – Bogotá. She is a specialist in Labor Law and Social Security from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana-Bogotá.
