Andrea is a lawyer, a senior associate at Espíndola International Consultants since 2022, a member of the litigation and corporate and public procurement consulting area, with more than fifteen years of experience in the Judicial Branch, the public sector and independent consulting, responsible for the areas related with constitutional, administrative and state contracting law, and in arbitration matters.

Andrea is a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá D.C.), Master in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante (Spain), Specialist in Constitutional Law from the National University of Colombia (Bogotá D.C.).

Before joining our team, Andrea was an administrative judge of the Judicial Circuit of Cali, worked for seven years in the Constitutional Court and has been part of the Council of State (First Section), Administrative Court of Valle del Cauca and the legal and hiring of Metro Cali, Attorney General’s Office, Ministry of Labor, Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Superintendency of Industry and Commerce and Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute.
